Ingredients

- 2oz BUSHWOOD® Bourbon

- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

- .5oz Mint Simple Syrup

- 2 Mint Sprigs

Preparation

Pluck leaves off one mint sprig and place them in the bottom of your Julep tin cup. Pour the syrup on top. Gently muddle mint to express the oils. Add crushed ice, and then pour in your Bushwood bourbon. Stir thoroughly, top with a scoop of crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig.

Long Ball Smash

Ingredients

- 2oz Long Ball bourbon
- 3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4oz Good Simple Syrup or Gum Syrup
- 6-8 Mint leaves

Preparation

Build all ingredients in shaker,
shake for 20-30 seconds, pour
into rocks glass and garnish
with lemon wheel and mint.

Big Hitter

Ingredients

- 1.5oz BUSHWOOD® Bourbon

- .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

- 1.5oz Fuji Apple/Blackberry Gomme

- 2.25oz Water

Preparation

In a mixing tin full of ice, add choice of Bushwood bourbon, lemon juice, apple/blackberry gomme and water. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Fill a bucket or highball glass with fresh ice, strain and pour in mixture from tin. Garnish with a fresh apple slice and blackberries.

The Ty Webb

Ingredients

- 1.5oz BUSHWOOD® Bourbon
- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5oz Simple Syrup
- 2oz Club Soda
- Maraschino cherry
- Orange slice

Preparation

Pour Bushwood bourbon, lemon juice and syrup into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir thoroughly. Top with club soda. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

Stillwater Old Fashioned

Ingredients

- 2oz BUSHWOOD® Bourbon

- 2 Teaspoons Demerara Syrup (or Simple Syrup)

- 3 Dashes Angostura bitters

- Orange Peel

- Brandied Cherry

Preparation

In a mixing tin full of ice, add choice of Bushwood Bourbon, Demerara syrup, bitters and orange peel. Stir until well chilled. Strain mixture into a bucket glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the top of the drink and placing the peel in the glass. Pick a brandied cherry and place on topo of glass.

Stillwater Breakfast Baller

Ingredients

- 2oz Stillwater Rye
- 1/4oz Good Coffee Liquer
- 1/4oz Good Maple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Preparation

Stir on ice, strain onto fresh ice
and garnish with orange peel,
bacon, strawberry.

Honeypot #19

Ingredients

- 1.5oz BUSHWOOD® Bourbon

- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

- .5oz Lavender-infused Honey

- 1oz Water

Preparation

In a mixing tin full of ice, add choice of Bushwood bourbon, lemon juice, lavender honey and water. Shake for 10-1 seconds. Fill a bucket or highball glass with fresh ice, strain and pour in mixture from tin. Garnish with the fresh lavender sprig and a twist of lemon.
